Cyber security · ransomware · dark web: Is your company ready for ransomware?
Your data is worth money to criminals. We help you see what is already out there, stop attacks before they spread, and have a plan that works on the day it happens.
Cyber crime is an industry
Stolen logins, customer data and access to company networks are bought and sold every day on the dark web. Ransomware groups use them to get in, steal your data, encrypt your systems and demand payment, often with the threat of publishing everything. A single attack can stop production, break customer trust and in the worst case force a company out of business. The question is not if you will be targeted, but what your plan is when it happens.
Ransomware readiness
Backups that survive an attack, a plan that works and a team that has practised it.
Dark web monitoring
Find leaked logins and data about your company before criminals use them.
Penetration testing
Web, API, infrastructure and cloud testing by experienced specialists.
Cloud & Kubernetes security
Hardening, posture management and runtime protection.
Incident response
Hands-on support when it happens, and the preparation that makes it manageable.
Threat modelling
Identify and stop risks early, in design and in architecture.
The dark web: an open market for your data
On the dark web, stolen data is traded like any other product. Employee logins, customer databases and ready-made access to company networks are sold to whoever pays, often by brokers who specialise in breaking in and selling the access on to ransomware groups. Many companies have data out there without knowing it. We monitor for your domains, logins and data, and act before the information is used against you.
- Monitoring of leaked logins and data linked to your company
- Alerts when your domain appears in new leaks
- Immediate actions: password resets, MFA and access review
- Assessment of what the leak means for customers and GDPR
- Regular reports for management in your customer portal

Ransomware: when your data is taken hostage
A ransomware attack rarely starts with encryption. It starts with a stolen login or a phishing email, then the attacker quietly spreads, gains admin rights and copies your data. Only at the end are your systems encrypted and the ransom note appears, with the threat of publishing the stolen data. That gives you several chances to break the chain, if the right defences are in place.
- MFA and phishing awareness to stop the first step
- Endpoint detection (EDR) and fast patching
- Segmentation and least privilege to stop the spread
- Monitoring that detects data theft
- Immutable, tested backups that make you independent of the attacker
YOUR FILES ARE ENCRYPTED. Pay within 72 hours or your data will be published.
What is your plan?
When systems go dark at two in the morning, there is no time to work out who decides, who to call and how to restore. We help you build a ransomware plan before it is needed: what you do before an attack, during the first critical hours and after, so the business survives. We also exercise the plan with management, because a plan that has never been tested is only a document.
- Before: immutable backups, restore tests, incident plan and clear roles
- During: isolate, contain, and get expert help on site
- Reporting: NIS2 early warning within 24 hours, GDPR breach notification within 72 hours
- Ransom decisions taken with legal advice and the police, never in panic
- After: restore from clean backups, close the way in and learn

Penetration testing with impact
Our reports are written for both engineers and leadership: clear risk ratings, reproducible findings and concrete remediation guidance.
- Web application and API testing
- Internal and external infrastructure
- Kubernetes and cloud configuration reviews
- Retesting of fixes included
- Reports delivered in your customer portal
Attack path found
Findings by severity
Critical: broken access control
Any logged-in user could read other customers' orders through the API.
Fix: enforce ownership checks per request
Written for engineers and for leadership
Cloud and Kubernetes security
Most cloud breaches start with a misconfiguration, not an advanced attack. We review and harden your AWS, Azure and Kubernetes environments, fix what is exposed, and set up continuous posture monitoring so it stays secure as things change.
- Configuration reviews for AWS, Azure and Kubernetes
- Public exposure, identities and permissions
- Pod security, network policies and secrets
- Continuous posture monitoring and runtime alerts

Ready for the day it happens
Incidents are a matter of when, not if. We help you prepare with tabletop exercises, playbooks and logging that gives you answers when you need them.
- Incident response planning
- Tabletop exercises
- Detection engineering
- Forensic readiness
- Aligned with ITIL incident, problem and change management
Detect
Alert on unusual login from abroad
Triage
Playbook started, on-call notified
Contain
Account locked, sessions revoked
Recover
Access restored, keys rotated
Learn
Lessons learned, controls improved
How we work
A clear path from first meeting to lasting results
Assess
Find your exposure: leaks, weaknesses and gaps in your plan.
Protect
Close the most important gaps first: MFA, backups, segmentation.
Prepare
A ransomware plan, exercised with management.
Respond
Expert help on the day it happens, and recovery after.
