Secure AI · AI governance · EU AI Act: AI that moves your business forward
We help you use AI safely and well: tied to real business needs, governed by policy and compliance that enable progress, and run on open or your own models when data must stay inside.
Governance that accelerates, not blocks
Many companies are stuck between two bad options: banning AI, or letting everyone use whatever they like. The result is often shadow IT, where AI tools are used without anyone knowing where the data goes. Neither works. We connect AI to real processes and measurable value, and put policy and compliance in place as guardrails, not roadblocks. Clear rules make it faster to say yes, because everyone knows what is allowed, which data can be used and how risks are handled.
AI tied to reality
Use cases grounded in real processes and measurable value, not hype.
Shadow IT under control
Find the AI tools in use without approval, and replace them with safe ones people want to use.
Policy that enables
Practical AI policy that tells people what they can do, not just what they cannot.
Compliance built in
Governance built into how AI is developed and used, so it never becomes a bottleneck.
Secure AI & data
Protect data, models and users against leakage, prompt injection and misuse.
Private AI & open models
Run open models like Llama, Mistral or Qwen inside your company, so data never leaves.
Your own models
Fine-tune or build models on your own data, owned and controlled by you.
EU AI Act & ISO 42001
Know your obligations, classify your AI systems and meet the requirements.
Guardrails that speed you up
Good guardrails are what let you drive fast. With a clear policy, approved tools and checks built into the process, new AI use cases can be assessed and approved quickly, with data protection, security and the EU AI Act handled along the way. The result is more AI in real use, with less risk and less friction.
- Practical AI policy and acceptable-use rules
- Approved AI tools and safe paths for data
- Risk classification built into the intake of new use cases
- Automated checks and logging instead of manual gatekeeping
- Clear ownership: who decides and who is accountable
Guardrail: Personal data: anonymise before use
Guardrail: High-risk use: human makes the decision
AI tied to reality
AI only creates value when it is connected to how the business actually works. We start from real processes and real data, measure the effect, and scale what delivers. Because we are developers too, we do not stop at recommendations: we build, integrate and run the solutions.
- Use cases prioritised by value, risk and feasibility
- Pilots with clear success measures
- Integration with your existing systems and data
- From pilot to production, with support and monitoring
- AI agents that do real work, such as code review and ESG reporting

From shadow IT and shadow AI to governed AI
Shadow IT has become one of the biggest problems in many companies, and AI has made it worse. Tools like ChatGPT and Claude are genuinely useful, and people in your organisation are almost certainly using them. The problem is how: through personal accounts, without agreements or the right settings. Few stop to think that patient data, customer records and other personal data covered by GDPR are then processed somewhere else, outside your control and possibly outside the EU. Banning it does not work, people just hide it. We find out what is actually used, assess the risk, and replace it with approved tools that are just as easy to use, so productivity stays and the risk disappears.
- Discovery of shadow IT and shadow AI in use today
- ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools set up on company terms, with agreements and approved settings
- Risk assessment of each tool and data flow, including patient and GDPR data
- Approved, secure alternatives people actually want to use
- AI acceptable-use policy that is clear and practical
- Training, follow-up and continuous monitoring
- Information classification: which data may be used with which AI tools

Private AI with open models
You do not have to send your data to an external AI service to get the benefits of AI. Open models can run inside your company, on your own servers or in a private EU cloud, so patient data, customer data and business secrets never leave your control. We help you choose the right model, set up the platform and connect it securely to your own data.
- Open models such as Llama (Meta), Mistral, Qwen, Gemma (Google), DeepSeek and gpt-oss (OpenAI)
- Running on your own servers, GPUs or a private EU cloud
- Retrieval (RAG) over your own documents and systems
- Access control, logging and monitoring like any other critical system
- No prompts or data sent to external AI services

Your own models
Sometimes the best model is your own. We fine-tune open models on your domain, language and data, or build smaller specialised models for a specific task. You own the model, you control the data it was trained on, and you decide where it runs.
- Fine-tuning open models on your own data
- Smaller, specialised models that are cheaper and faster to run
- Evaluation of quality, bias and safety before go-live
- Training data handled under GDPR and your security requirements
- MLOps: versioning, deployment and monitoring of your models
EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001
We help you understand your role under the EU AI Act, classify your systems by risk level, and build an AI management system that integrates with ISO 27001 and your existing compliance work. Compliance becomes part of how you work, not a brake on it.
